Hi all, We've detected that some items were appearing repeated both in browses and search results. At first we thought people were repeating some submissions, but taking a closer look I've concluded that some items are related with more than one handle (as much as three, up until now)...
I've searched around and only found this (http://jira.dspace.org/jira/browse/DS-326), which is the same exact problem but a much later version (we are using a heavily customized 1.3.2). What is strange is that this seems to be an isolated event, as it happened once (causing 3 items to have multiple handles) in a period of less than 1 minute. I've tried tampering with the db, but removing a handle causes some index inconsistency even after re-indexing!! Has anyone had this problem, or any ideas on how to solve it?
