Hello,
I've been relocation dspace to a new windows server and must have missed a step
along the line.
This message comes up when I bring \jspui up with tomcat:

FATAL\colon; permission denied for database "dspace"
Detail\colon; User does not have CONNECT privilege.

Can someone please point to the right spot?
