Hello,
Is it possible in 1.6 to know what handle will be assigned an item during the
submission process? The question came up today from a contributor who would
like to know what the permanent url will be to an item so as to place the url
in the paper just prior to uploaded to the item. Seems a reasonable request,
but not possible from what I can tell in 1.5.
I found mention that this may change in 1.6

but looking through the 1.6r1 documents, I don't find any mention of this being
a new feature or improvement.
