I have a user who regularly complains about 1.5.2 xmlui pages refusing to recognize her "logged in" status. As near as I can tell, the sequence of events is something like this:
1) visit a community page anonymously 2) click Login and complete login process, get redirected to Submissions page 3) revisit community page from (1), which doesn't recognize she is logged in If she clears the browser cache and refreshes the page, she is recognized as logged in. I can reproduce this behavior, but I can't figure out how to make it stop short of sending a no-cache header at each request. How are other sites dealing with this behaviour? --Bill **************************************************************** William Jordan Associate Dean University of Washington Libraries Resource Acquisition and Description/ Information Technology Services Box 352900, Seattle, WA 98195-2900 Voice: (206) 685-1625 Fax: (206) 543-5457 **************************************************************** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ DSpace-tech mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dspace-tech
