Hello Vinsenso,enhancing the EPerson Data will need some more work (additional column in the eperson table, changing the eperson etc code).
As for the authentication there are easier ways. You can use different methods: IP based, LDAP, Shibboleth etc. If none suits your needs you can create your own method and add this to the authentication stack.
