dspace/target/dspace-[version]-build.dir/

I am installing dspace on MAC OSX 10.4
I followed the steps given in

Configuration:
MAC OS_X: 10.4
dspace : 1.4.1
Apache-Tomcat: 5.5.28
PostgreSQL: 8.2.3
Java : 1.4.2
Apache-Ant: 1.6.2
When i executed ant fresh_install in step no 7, the following is
displayed.
dspace>cd /usr/local/dsource
/usr/local/dsource dspace>ant fresh_install
Buildfile: build.xml does not exists!
Build failed
Where is this build.xml file?
How to build this file?
Please reply..
