Hi, Joel~ Thanks! I actually have seen this add-on.
We have a tricky situation here in that the collections in the community (access is granted on the community level) have more than 1,000 items... Also, part of our technical design needs to include a customized form, based on community (not all community admins want to request the same information from potential users).
