Hello to all,
I am using dspace 1.5.2, and want other language to be integrated with it
for e.g. Hindi.
I have customized XMLUI part of dspace by building new message file in which
messages are written in hindi, but when I tried the same in JSPUI the
messages are not recognized and gives in "???" message instead of what I
have written.
Also, I have tried to save the file in UTF-8 format, but does not worked?
Please suggest me how to build message.properties file.
