If you check "the item has been published before" during the initial
questions the date issued etc. will appear.
in the submission process.. my scenario is that ALWAYS it is checked, so I
don't want to ask and just use this metadata
but if I put it directly in the input-forms it doesn't show up
does someone know how to do that?
