Its actually related to another problem I was experiencing in a different
thread. There is no error I'm aware of, I was just browsing through tomcat
and dspace trying to find the source of the problem and noticed this. I've
installed and compiled dspace it just seems weird that there is nothing in
this directory.
The problem:
I have two instances of dspace installed. Whenever I go to the second
instance through a browser it displays the first instance with the url of
the second instance. I've set the dspace.cfg correctly and it should not be
a problem. I think the problem lies in how tomcat and the mod_jk connector
are handling the web request. However, I can't seem to locate the exact
problem as it is logically bazaar.
The address: mywebsite/dspace1 works perfeclty.
The address: mywebsite/dspace2 displays the exact same content as the first
address despite it having a different template, configuration file,
database, and location.
The mod_jk connector is used to redirect to remove the port number from the
URL.
