Dear DSpace,

We have installed DSpace on a server for the last couple of months. We however 
have not been using it much. Unfortunately I have forgotten the password I had 
used and when I click on Forgot my password it doesn't respond. I keeps trying 
to communicate until it times out. We are trying to work on the SMTP server to 
ensure it communicates to no avail so far. 

This way even new users are unable to register. Only the as an administrator 
can I get in. Then the submission process is developing a hitch as I'm not able 
to create new communities and collections. I'm wondering what needs to be 
re-configured to enable these activities to take place so as to be able to 
populate our repository.
