Iola,

You should be able to delete this text file as an Administrator by 
visiting that item's page (assuming the item still exists).

If you are using XMLUI:
* Login as an Admin, visit the Item's page
* Click on "Edit this Item" in the side menu
* Visit the "Item Bitstreams" tab, where you should be able to delete 
the text file.

If you are using JSPUI:
* Login as an Admin, visit the Item's page
* Click on "Edit" in upper right corner
* Scroll to the bottom, where you will find a list of the files -- you 
should be able to remove it from there.
