Miguel, DSpace is currently supported to run on Apache Tomcat. It's likely you could get it running on GlassFish, but we currently don't have any documentation for a GlassFish setup.
I'll admit, I'm not as familiar with GlassFish. But, I'm sure it would help if you described what problems you have encountered. You also may want to search for hints/tips on deploying WAR applications in GlassFish. The DSpace UIs are just WAR applications, so you should be able to deploy them similar to any other WAR. If you figure out how to run DSpace on GlassFish, feel free to add a How-To on our Wiki.
