Hello Mallikarjun, that means ant can't download the file. First, try this command to verify that you have internet connection on that machine: wget http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoliteCity.dat.gz
I was able to download it, so the problem is on your side. If you need to use a proxy, you have to set up ant to use it.
