Ah, you mean the info under [dspace_URL]/statistics? Those are the old stats 
reports. You'll need to run a cron job to get them, and they're not really 
working for us at all anyway. The Solr stats are available at 
[dspace_URL]/handle/[your_repository's_handle_id]/[an_item's_handle]/statistics.
 Currently, only item-level statistics are available.
