Hello Pedro,

no this is not possible, registration.notify can only hold one argument.

Either provide a distribution list, so you got a single argument, or you 
got to change
org.dspace.eperson.EPersonConsumer
see section
if (et == Event.CREATE)
{
// Notify of new user registration
...
