Hello Satiq, this "Internal System Error" message is a system message which does not provide the information to help you.
You got to examine the DSpace log files, in order to get to the real error. See the DSpace Wiki "How to Troubleshoot an Error" page for further information: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error Once you got down to the root of the error and still can not solve the problem, feel free to send the complete error message to this list.
