Dear Mr. Shashidhar, I have never done it. But i think you can follow following steps: (I am not sure whether it will work.)
1. Get the required jsp/java api from the recaptcha website. 2. Put it at some webaccessible place. 3. Insert the HTML code and the code in the [dspace-installation]/webapps/jspui/register/registration-form.jsp for display of the recaptcha. 4. U r done. But I am unable to find out the reason for doing so. The tokenised registration process of DSpace is already very good which discourages any bots to get register. Hope it helps. Best of luck.
