Hello Marvin,

did you try to load the registry after the fresh installation?
You can do this by executing:
[dspace]/bin/dsrun org.dspace.administer.RegistryLoader -bitstream 
[dspace]/config/registries/bitstream-formats.xml
where [dspace] is your installation directory.
