Hi,
I don't think it is possible to re-arrange the order in which the repeating
elements are positioned. However, if you are running DSpace 1.6.0 (or 1.5.2
with the relevant patch found in DSpace JIRA like we are) or newer you can
configure the oai_dc output by modifying
[dspace]/config/crosswalks/oaidc.properties in a way that the student ID in
dc.identifier.other will not show up in OAI-PMH (it probably shouldn't
anyway for privacy/security reasons).
Cheers,
T
