Looks like this may be a small bug in the Atlassian JIRA migration 
scripts :(

As you noted, the attachments came over properly, and are linked 
properly in the "Attachments" section.  However, it looks like during 
the migration, the links in the 'activity' section were not updated to 
point at the new ID of that issue (each JIRA issue during migration was 
given a new ID -- but the 'activity' section contains the history of an 
issue, and any links there seem to have the *old* JIRA ID).   So, those 
links are broken or sometimes pointing at the wrong issue attachment.

I'll look into what is possible -- unfortunately, I'm not sure if this 
is easily fixable or not.  Luckily the attachments themselves came over 
properly & are linked properly in the "Attachments" section.  It's just 
a shame that the link in the Activity section was not also updated as it 
should have been.
