Log in as an e-person who is a member of the Administrator group. Under Administrative / Access Control, select Authorizations. Choose the collection you want to restrict access to. Then remove the Anonymous READ policies, and add new policies giving access to the groups you want. I think that's all there is to it, please will somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
