Hello Shashidhar, I assume you want to configure DSpace as an LDAP client, i.e. to use an LDAP server to hold user information. You will find the details on that in chapter 5.2.11.6. Configuring LDAP Authentication: http://www.dspace.org/1_6_2Documentation/ch05.html#N12C9B That assumes you have a working LDAP server. Configuring an LDAP _server_ is a more complex issue, out of scope of this mailing list, I'm afraid.
