Thank you Richard, and thank you also Stuart. I will add metadata
explaining the embargo and make that appear on the item page but I'm
not sure that that will suffice.

I am using the XML UI, and I've attached the error message that is
received when an attempt is made to view an embargoed bitstream.

What I would like to do is insert information about the embargo at
this point. Is that possible?
