Hi all:
I'm using Manakin of dspace 1.6.2. I want to use controlled-vocabularies,
so I make a test. In the Input-forms.xml, I modifed as follows:

I set vocabulary element and set closed=true. When I restart the tomcat,
I can't see any change in the submision form of the subject field. Where do the
controlled-vocabularies function? What's wrong?
