Dear Friends,
Trying to install Dspace Software 1.7.0.
While running "mvn package" through command line, following errors
coming. Please suggest how to resolve. Not able to manually download
those files also.

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.carrot2 -DartifactId=nni
-Dversion

Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.carrot2 -DartifactId=nni
-Dversion=1
