Hello, in order to bulk change existing policies, you can use the Advanced/Item wildcard policy admin tool. Itis available to instance administrators for both jspui and xmlui. For items yet to be submitted you can adjust the DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ of the collection. During ingest the item/bitstream policies will be derived from this setting.
