Sudipta, You can add as many assetstores in your dspace.cfg file as you need.
See the Configuration Documentation for the format of the configuration: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC/Configuration#Configuration-FileStorage Please note that only one assetstore is used at a time for new content ingested to DSpace. Whatever number is set as the 'assetstore.incoming' is the one that new content will be added to. If an assetstore starts to fill up, you can either move it's entire directory to a new location (with more space) and change its configuration in dspace.cfg, or you can add a new assetstore, and change the 'assetstore.incoming' to point at that one.
