I'm positive this is a configuration problem, but we recently migrated to
dspace 1.62 and have started working with the embargo functionality. In
testing what patrons would see when trying to access an embargoed title, I've
found that our system is throwing an error, specifically:
org.dspace.authorize.AuthorizeException: Authorization denied for action READ
on BITSTREAM:63455 by user 0
Here's an embargoed item on our system:

Obviously, I'm expecting that Dspace would redirect an authentication page
rather than throwing an error. Again, I'm fully assuming this is a
configuration error on our side, so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas.
