Hi All, 

I have upgraded our Dspace 1.4.2 to 1.7.0 successfully but seem to have a 
permission problem. 

Doing the following gives an error:  
1. Re-submiting an item that was rejected for rework 
2. Changing a file of an existing record
3. Permanently deleting a record - even as administrator 

"The system has experienced an internal error. Please try to do what you were 
doing again, and if the problem persists, please contact us so we can fix the 
problem."Could user permissions have been incorrectly transferred to the new 
server during upgrade?Regards,Craig.
