I'm not sure what you mean by title. Do you really mean page title as displayed in browser window title bar? It should say "DSpace Home". If you mean title of the post above the news, this is a part of news-xmlui.xml itself - look at the <head> tag. Can you send a screenshot of your browser window so we can see what's wrong?
