Hi Alice,

there is already code available that does something similar, e.g. the
generation of thumbnails in the search results.
The most important difference or trick you'll need to do, is that the
thumbnail code uses the preview bundle (derived bundle of bitstreams
representing the thumbnails) but use the original bundle.
