We're in the process of taking our upgraded version of Dspace live (hopefully
by the end of the day). Part of the process is pointing the alias over to the
new server, but I'm a little confused on how to do it because the new instance
has a slightly different set up. The old instance routed tomcat through apache,
so in the config file the alias was set up like this:
dspace.url = https://beardocs.baylor.edu:443
dspace.hostname = beardocs.baylor.edu

The new instance is using Tomcat as a standalone webserver, so it's running
through port 8443 (and using xmlui). Where do I need to point the alias so that
i<https://beardocs.baylor.edu>t will take me to the front page? Or will we
always have to add the port number and/or xmlui to the end of it?

Thanks,

Karen S.
