An example of what I think your looking for is: http://dspace.nitle.org/handle/10090/2468/browse?type=title The theme looks like the old JSPUI interface, but its just an xmlui theme that looks that way. If you can find the source code for the NITLE theme, I think it allows you to specify if there is a look back to "Communities and Collections" or not.
