We can i ma ke my dspace site to be located by using some thing like http://dspace.myworld.edu/xmlui or http://dspace.myworld.edu/jspui instead of http://localhost:8080/xmlui or http://IP_address:8080? I dont even want the 8080 to appear even. And how can i make my dspace accessable from othe computer in a local network I have tried various means by editing the dspace.cfg but I cannot seem to configure things properly so that a user visits the dspace as an intranet. I am using windows 7, dspace 1.7.2 and apache tomcat 7.0 i also tried editing the tomcat server i dont know why i cant get it done.
