Extreme Apologies...
I have not noticed the missing hyphen in the JAVA_OPTS environment variable.
No issues now and the Problem solved.

Hi All,
I am building the DSpace src 1.8 in a windows xpsp3 box.
getting the following error while creating the sdmin account. my implementation
seems to be okay, since i am able to visit the webuis.

Using DSpace installation in: C:\DSpace
-Xms64M was unexpected at this time.

Tried searching everywhere, but couldnt find any lead.
