Hello helix84 and thanks for the quick reply,

If I understood well, there are 3 possibilities:

1) Add media as bitstreams to the project items

2) Store handles to media items in project item's metadata and customize
your summary view (simple item record) to show these links.

3) Embed the media items bitstreams and metadata on the project item's page

Now, I do not want to implement the solution 1 because, as you also said, I
have a lot of metadata for each media item. When it comes to solution 2 it
will do the work but I think is less user friendly and sufficient than
solution 3.

Can you please provide me with any guidelines or websites I can read on how
to implement that?

Thank you for your help.

George

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure
contains a definitive record of customers, application performance,
security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this
data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
