Hello Tumie,

if you just copied [dspace]/webapps/oai to your tomcat webapps directory
the address would be
http://our-dspace-address/oai/request
followed by a ? and a valid OAI-PMH request
e.g.
http://our-dspace-address/oai/request?verb=Identify
