Hi Zico,

DSpace supports Shibboleth authentication as a form of SSO. DSpace also
provides many other Authentication plugins out of the box, and allows
you to build your own plugin as needed (via Java).

More on DSpace's Authentication Plugins is available at:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC18/Authentication+Plugins

DSpace itself is not an InCommon member (as DSpace is just software and
not an organization). DuraSpace is the organization that helps to
support DSpace, but we're also not an InCommon member. However, there
are many institutions which use & help to develop DSpace software that
are InCommon members. The current list of InCommon members looks to be
posted at: http://www.incommon.org/participants/index.cfm
