I'd say it's more likely a problem with Tomcat configuration. Tomcat doesn't seem to think there's a webapp. at /repository. There should either be:
o a $CATALINA_BASE/webapps/repository.war containing your choice of UI o a $CATALINA_BASE/webapps/repository/ directory containing your choice of UI o a $CATALINAL_BASE/conf/Catalina/localhost/repository.xml containing a Context which points to /opt/dspace/webapps/YOURCHOICEOFUI -- Mark H.
