Hello All, This question is probably a lot more easy then I realize but I wanted to throw it out to the group to make sure:
I was just wondering what is the correct character encoding for Dublin Core Metadata in DSpace? Utf-8 or is it ISO 8859-1? I'm in a situation where I need to encode non-standard characters and I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
