There's more information in the stack trace - you'll see which file exactly is missing. My guess is you added a reference to a sitemap but somehow the xsl file or theme directory is missing or misplaced. Perhaps you missed the slash after theme name in sitemap? OK, for now, forget about creating a new theme and try it with Kubrick. I just pasted the template from my previous email into Kubrick/Kubrick.xsl and it worked. You don't even have to make Kubrick the default theme just yet. You can view a particular page using a particular theme (say Kubrick) by appending "?themepath=Kubrick/" at the end.
