1) Did you run ant update? 2) Did you replace the [dspace] placeholder with the actual installation directory? 3a) Did you copy over the webapps to the tomcat webapps directory, or, alternatively 3b) did you define a context pointing to the webapps in dspace directory? 5) Did you restart tomcat at the end?
