Apparently, yes, it does. Something like this seems to work well:

perl -pi -e 's/^.+pipelinehash=.+No space left on device$//'
dspace.log.2012-??-??
/dspace/bin/dspace stat-general && /dspace/bin/dspace stat-monthly
