Hi Marcos, you may want to start easy by creating a new XMLUI theme. There is also information on adding static pages there: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Manakin+theme+tutorial#Manakinthemetutorial-Addingstaticpages In case you want the page to be dynamic (i.e. author-specific), you'll have to study also how to create an aspect. I recommend you try these thing out in order I described, because they're of increasing difficulty. If you describe what you want to have on the page, there may be an easier way. For example, you can create pages for authors as regular DSpace items and then linking to them is as easy as creating a new theme and overriding one template. Also mention your DSpace version and XMLUI theme.
