What these errors are saying is that the DSpace database has a record of a bitstream, but this bitstream cannot be found on the disk (in the DSpace assetstore).
The only reasonable situation I can think of when this can happen is if you made an error during restoring backups - if the database you restored is newer than the asssetstore you restored. Could this be your situation?
