Here's a template that will do it. It could be simpler, but I tried to
make it illustrate the concept. Let me know if there is something you
don't understand.

    <xsl:choose>
        <xsl:when test=". != '123_abc'">
            <xsl:copy-of select="." />
        </xsl:when>
        <xsl:otherwise>
        </xsl:otherwise>
    </xsl:choose>
</xsl:template>
