Subject: Re: [Dspace-tech] Problem with creating an e-person

Hi Mike,

Are there any error messages appearing in your DSpace or Tomcat log
files after you create a new e-person?

This guide helps you locate errors in log files:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error

Send any errors detailed in the log files to this list (along with the
full error stack trace). They may help us to figure out what the issue
may be.
