I would suggest that you follow the instructions of installing ant from the
ant site ... ant.apache.org/manual/index.html.
there can only be two things:
1. you don't have the files in your ant installation folder (C:\apache-ant- 
1.6.2\bin)
--test this by opening your command line, then type "cd C:\apache-ant- 
1.6.2\bin", without the quotes, if it says it doesn't recognise your ant,
unzip, and take note of the path to your folder
2. you set the wrong path in in your environmental variables: if 1. was
successful, then just set the right environmental variable, then it should
work.
if u properly followed these steps, then...
