Hi Elvi, That "Provide Feedback" button on the DSpace Demo site (http://demo.dspace.org) is a Atlassian JIRA feature. We use Atlassian JIRA as our DSpace bug tracking system (https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS)
Specifically it's being generated by the "JIRA Issue Collector" plugin: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.collector.plugin.jira-issue-collector-plugin * https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Using+the+Issue+Collector This plugin comes out-of-the-box in JIRA 5.1, but can be installed on earlier versions of JIRA.
